the balcony
There were three hotel reception one of them was very friendly and helpful and the other two were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was told to pay for the unblocking toilet which was going to cost 2000 baht which is the equivalent of £45 in english pounds without recieving any receipt, any notice or being told about this until i was checking out. One of the staff also accusing me of blocking the toilet in front of the lift while the guest were walking in and out. I was so embassing because i was still wearing my pajamas at the time as it was very early in the morning, although i have explained to the the female staff that it was very inappropriate to talk at the time but she did not listen which was very bad experience for me. The staff were also looking after my stuff for me, although i was told it would be safe however some of my stuff went missing with no apology given. On the whole the hotel was ok for the money but the staff were very rude and unprofessional, i wouldn't go back again.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the BTS station. The staff is friendly and provides great service, making you feel right at home. The rooms, although in average condition, are equipped with basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, ensuring a comfortable stay. The prices are very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I especially loved the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Clean, friendly staff who tried hard to meet needs. Looks like they are tryng hard to update.
The lighting in the room was harsh, the bed spread was out of date compared to the rest of the room which made it feel weird, they only gave one towel, no hand toweland the biggest pain was no phone in the room which meant I had to leave my room and go downstairs to ask a question.

This hotel was a great choice for our Christmas vacation. The rooms were clean and had a large fridge and microwave. We appreciated having the option to do some self-catering. The location was key, with many shops and food stands nearby and an easy 8 minute walk to the skytrain. We also enjoyed the quiet and pleasant atmosphere of the area.
The room furniture was old and could use some replacement, notably the desk. Also, the wifi was intermittent and could be frustrating at times. It would have been helpful if there were more details provided on how things worked in the room. while there were some drawbacks, the good aspects of this hotel made it a good choice for our stay.

The location was good, very close to the BTS station, and for BKK, it has a good value for money rate.
Nothing highly negative to say about it.

The hotel is located in a very safe, quiet area with no noise from traffic. It's a bit far from public transport, but the nearest train station is a short walk away. The room was small but functional, clean, and had a microwave for making my own breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and spoke very good English.
Nothing bad to say.

We found a great place to grab breakfast nearby at Witch Pie Factory where they serve an English breakfast for a good price. the location is in a nice and quiet residential area, and it’s easy to find just off a main street. Plus, it’s only a short walk to the skytrain for easy transportation.

The room had a TV and a microwave, and the internet was free. The location was great, close to public transportation and in a safe area. Plus, there was a pool, which was a nice perk.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my Christmas stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
